1RedKey Technologies provides compliance risk assessments, preliminary reviews, and related advisory services for businesses importing goods into Canada.

Our services are designed to:

  • Identify potential compliance risk indicators

  • Provide structured analysis and visibility

  • Support informed decision-making

We do not provide legal advice, customs brokerage services, or CBSA representation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. No Regulatory Authority or Legal Representation

1RedKey Technologies is not a customs broker, law firm, or government authority.

We do not:

  • File entries or corrections with CBSA

  • Communicate with CBSA on behalf of clients

  • Guarantee compliance outcomes

Any decisions or actions taken based on our services remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Compliance Risk Scan

The Compliance Risk Scan is provided as an informational, preliminary assessment based on the data submitted.

  • It does not constitute a full audit

  • It does not guarantee identification of all risks

  • It should not be relied upon as a final compliance determination

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Ensuring submitted data is authorized for review

  • Verifying findings with appropriate professional advisors where required

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate data.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for Compliance Reviews or other fixed-scope services are communicated in advance.

Payments are due according to the agreed terms and are subject to the Refund Policy published on our website.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1RedKey Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Regulatory decisions or actions taken by CBSA

  • Financial losses, penalties, or reassessments

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service provided.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client-submitted information as confidential and use it solely for the purpose of delivering requested services, unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, methodologies, and materials provided by 1RedKey Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
