All services are provided on a best-effort basis and may include setup, configuration, automation workflows, messaging systems, and ongoing support depending on the selected service.

2. Strategy Calls & Bookings

Free strategy calls or demo sessions are provided for informational purposes only. These calls do not constitute consulting, legal, or financial advice.

Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance as a client. We reserve the right to decline services if a business is not a good fit for our offerings.

3. Fees & Payments
a) Setup Fees

One-time setup fees are required before automation systems are activated. Once setup work has begun, setup fees are non-refundable.

b) Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Clients may cancel subscriptions at any time; however, fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

c) Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain access to required platforms (e.g., Instagram, booking tools, messaging accounts)

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to client communications and data usage

We are not responsible for service limitations caused by third-party platforms or incomplete client information.

5. Results Disclaimer

While our services are designed to improve efficiency and engagement, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased revenue, bookings, or lead volume. Results vary based on factors outside our control.

6. Third-Party Tools

Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as website builders, messaging platforms, automation tools, and analytics services in order to deliver automation and communication workflows.

While we take reasonable steps to configure, monitor, and maintain these integrations, we do not control the availability, policies, or technical changes of third-party platforms.

In the event of outages or platform-level changes, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust or restore functionality where possible. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, and materials created by 1 Red Key Technologies remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use provided systems during the active service period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payment obligations are not met

These Terms are violated

Misuse or abuse of services occurs

Clients may cancel services at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 Red Key Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the previous billing period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
