1. Free Compliance Risk Scan

The Compliance Risk Scan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. As no payment is collected, refunds do not apply.

2. Compliance Reviews & Fixed-Scope Assessments

Fees paid for Compliance Reviews or other fixed-scope assessment services are non-refundable once the review process has begun.

This includes:

• Initial data analysis

• Review of submitted documentation

• Risk pattern evaluation

• Preparation of findings or summaries

These services involve professional time and analysis and cannot be reversed once started.

If a request is cancelled before any review work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our services are designed to provide visibility, clarity, and decision support regarding import compliance risk.

We do not guarantee:

• CBSA audit outcomes

• Elimination of penalties or reassessments

• Specific financial results

Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including historical data accuracy and regulatory decisions.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.
