Refund Policy

At 1 Red Key Technologies, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.

1. Free Strategy Calls

Free strategy calls and demo sessions are provided at no cost and are non-refundable.

2. One-Time Setup Fees

All one-time setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

System configuration

Automation setup

Workflow customization

Account integrations

Initial onboarding and planning calls

Because setup services require time, tools, and customized work, refunds cannot be issued after work has begun.

If a client cancels before any setup work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, access to services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will apply.

4. Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly with any billing questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.

5. Service Limitations

Our services are designed to improve operational efficiency, automation, and client communication. While we strive to deliver measurable improvements, specific results (such as revenue increases or booking volume) are not guaranteed, as outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control.
